Located near Place d'Italie, two minutes walk from the metro, the accommodation on ground floor on street level, formerly commercial premises, comprises :
On the ground floor:
- a living room with a double bed on the mezzanine ((access via a steep ladder),
- a bathroom with a toilet,
- a beautiful quiet and bright lounge area with a double sodfa bed , ideal for relaxing after an intense Parisian day,
In the basement, accessible by stairs :
- a small bedroom with a skylight overlooking the living room. This bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds.
- a second bathroom without a toilet
It overlooks a street (old shop), but it is particularly quiet, without any nuisance. What is rare in Paris is that parking right in front of the apartment is very easy (paying from 09:00 to 20:00, except on Sundays and holidays).
You will have everything available to spend a great stay, namely: television, coffee machine, microwave, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee and a professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.
The apartment is in an area offering immediate proximity to shops and restaurants and you will be very well served by public transport, to stroll throughout the city and its surroundings.
