In the first part are the well-appointed open kitchen and the large living room of 80m² on the ground floor as well as a toilet.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a shower room. A bedroom with 3 single beds and another with a double bed which share a shower room and toilets.
In the other part of the building are 5 bedrooms, each with a toilet and shower room. One of the 5 bedrooms is on the ground floor, it is classified as a room for reduced mobility with an American shower.
The 4 other very spacious bedrooms are on the first floor, each has a toilet and shower room. Heated swimming pool fenced 36 m² therefore secured by a fence, Exceptionally open beyond September 30, 2024 if the weather is favorable. Private parking that can accommodate 5 vehicles.
The courtyard allows the little ones to play, the older ones play badminton (rackets on site), pétanque balls available, table tennis with rackets.
Available, American billiards as well as a table tennis table outside. and a drum kit.
Family treetop adventure park surrounded 500 m from the house. 50 m from the property is a multi-sport ground (table football, skate park, slide, climbing spider) as well as a nice playground for the little ones. From Louvemont, you will go to the lake by the cycle path (8 km), many possibilities for hiking on the marked trails on foot or by bike.

In October, Crane and Migration Festival. A privileged meeting place with nature for bird watching, walks and specialists offer activities.

Deposit of 1000 € on arrival returned 8 days after your departure if the cottage is in good condition. Single-storey bedroom. Folding seat in the shower, wide access to the bathroom without a door, bar next to the toilet.
