A comfortable staircase leads to the main floor of the house: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a single bed, each with a walk-in closet. Enclosed exterior with parking for two cars (two additional spaces on the street). Terrace and semi-inground wooden swimming pool (7.5 m x 4 m and 1.15 m deep) open from May to September, weather permitting. Vegetable garden and pizza oven.
