With its moldings, parquet floors, majestic stone staircase, and generous ceiling height, this fully renovated character house offers, on the ground floor: a dining room with access to the garden, a living room with TV, a fitted kitchen, an office ideal for quiet teleworking, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, all oak parquet flooring: a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a whirlpool tub and shower, and a bedroom with a double bed (accessible from the bedroom with the queen-size bed or the bathroom). A studio apartment is included in the rental with a living area, TV, and kitchenette, and a bedroom with two single beds. A second separate toilet is also available. Baby equipment: crib, bathtub, and high chair. 3-night minimum reservation.

The medieval town of Semur offers all shops and services and remains a living testament to a rich past: fortified gates, ramparts, a keep, and steep alleys leading to the banks of the Armançon River are worth exploring day and night. Attractions include the Notre-Dame collegiate church, the museum, the tourist train, and the Orle d'Or tower. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses, Bourbilly, and Bussy-Rabutin, the Alésia Museum Park, Fontenay Abbey (UNESCO World Heritage Site), and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France.
