Ground floor: large living room, dining room, and lounge, with Burgundy stonework and French ceilings, opening onto the courtyard and garden. Equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. First floor: small summer kitchen, opening onto the courtyard-side terrace. One bedroom (double bed). Shower room with toilet. Second floor: three bedrooms with double beds. One shower room with toilet, and one bathroom with toilet. Private, enclosed parking for 4 cars. Courtyard and terrace in front of the house and behind, large enclosed garden of 500 m². Internet and telephone with box, fiber optic internet. Baby equipment. Enclosed storage room for up to 3 bicycles. Pets not allowed.
