Beautiful house perched high in the Dijon mountains, with breathtaking views of the city and the Jura Mountains. Located at an altitude of 525 m, it is accessible via an external stone staircase (65 steps) and offers a freight elevator for luggage and supplies.
On the first level of the house, there is an entrance hall with a wood-burning stove. The living room opens directly onto the 30 m² terrace. It features an open fireplace, a dining room, and a lounge area with a large sofa. There is a separate, equipped kitchen. On this level, you will also find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with a double bed. A shower room and separate toilet are also provided.
Upstairs: a bedroom with its own en-suite shower room and two single beds. Another bedroom with a double bed and a final bedroom with four single beds (can be twinned). A bathroom with a toilet is provided.
Nestled against a large forest in a quiet neighborhood, the terrace offers views of Dijon and its surroundings, with the Vosges and Jura Mountains in the distance.
Secure outdoor areas and a lawned area for children. Two garages are located below.
