Former hotel converted into a gîte, on the shores of Lake Settons (swimming, fishing, rowing boats, canoes) with breathtaking views, and at the starting point of the GR13 and GR de Pays hiking trails. Garden and terrace overlooking the lake. Parking and garage. On the ground floor: large living room with flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs, four bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190), and one bedroom with three single beds (90x190). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower). Sheets and towels are available for rental upon request. Heating is included. Cleaning service is available upon request. Good mobile reception.
