When you arrive in the accommodation you will arrive in a corridor which serves the night part , which for your comfort in summer is air-conditioned ❄️, and composed of:

️ A third bedroom with two single beds,
️ A fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed with a bathtub and a water point with mirror.
On the other hand, a living space with a ️ living room / ️ dining room with a warm Alsatian decoration, opening onto a terrace ⛱️ with one of the most beautiful views of Strasbourg Cathedral ⛪. A fully equipped kitchen ️ (hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and classic Nespresso coffee maker) completes this part of the apartment.
Between these two parts, a bathroom with a shower , a toilet , a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a separate toilet , complete the apartment.
coming with a toddler? The apartment has a high chair and an umbrella cot approved for children under 3 years old and 15 kg. (Bed linen not provided for the cot, possibility of booking it as a paying option).
An underground parking space, for a vehicle, is included with the accommodation reservation. This space is located under the neighboring building, the height limited to vehicles under 1.90m and 2.2m in width.
If you come with other vehicles, paying parking spaces by meter are available in the street and those nearby, as well as the Parcus Bateliers public car park.

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.
A tolerance is made on the terrace. We thank you for not leaving cigarette butts on the ground or in the flower pots.
⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited.
Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.
A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
