Just outside the village of Bouilland, 15 km from Beaune, this completely detached house sits on the hills of a 6,500 m² property. Catherine and Patrick are available to offer a warm welcome and to meet your every need. The secure swimming pool is open from May to September, and is heated only in July and August. The house comprises:
On the ground floor, a living room with an open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a pellet stove, provided free of charge. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm double bed and a crib. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. There are two separate toilets, one of which is very spacious and accessible for people with reduced mobility. Room with table football.
Upstairs, a children's area with games and reading material. Two attic bedrooms, one with a 140x190 cm bed, the other with two 90x190 cm beds. Separate toilet and shower room. A barrier is available to secure access to the stairs.
Outdoor areas equipped with children's games, a ping-pong table, a bicycle rack, and deckchairs. The cottage also includes a terrace with a garden table and barbecue (charcoal not provided). The grounds are unfenced. The communal tennis court, located 200 m from the property, is accessible free of charge, equipment provided.
Pets are welcome for a supplement of €30 per stay.
Reversible air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Sheets are provided; they will be left on the beds. Bathroom and household linen, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are also included in the price.
