The living room is large and bright, large bay windows facilitate exchanges with the covered terrace, the garden and the swimming pool. The 3rd bedroom (1x140) has independent outside access and access through the garage. You will appreciate the intimacy of a large shaded garden enclosed with a gate where children can play in peace, private heated swimming pool (size 9x4m, depth 1.25m everywhere, secured by a bar cover, open from the beginning of May to the end of September) , table tennis table, petanque balls, badminton rackets, mölkky, board games, parking for 6 vehicles and more including 2 under the carport. Information: a 180x190 convertible sofa is temporarily in place of the 2 90cm beds.
