In Berry, in the heart of the Brenne Regional Natural Park, La Lézarderie, a 19th century farmhouse. for a stay in nature with the many observatories, outings, the Maison de la Nature, hiking trails, or simply... to bask.
At the start of a walking path, at the exit of a very quiet hamlet of 5 houses, the house is near the village of Rosnay (1.5 km, bakery-grocery store, café-restaurant...) and the Park House. There is always something going on in Brenne... you can explore it on foot, on horseback, by bike, with family or friends.
In June-July, the Brenne is ideal for bird watching on the ponds. In August, nature is calmer, it's time to discover our other riches. In September-October, it's the roar of the deer... and in autumn-winter, the flights of cranes and the fishing of ponds.
Discover our independent house with a 2,900 m² garden at the back and a terrace (25 m²).
On the ground floor: fitted kitchen - living room with wood stove (WIFI internet access) overlooking the garden - shower room/wc - bathroom - wc - 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 double bed, 140 cm, 2 beds of 80 cm and 1 cot) - children's corner (games and books).
