The Boulangerie cottage is located, as its name suggests, on the upper floor of a commercial complex consisting of a bakery and a restaurant, which you can happily enjoy during your stay. It is accessible via a separate (rather steep!) exterior staircase and consists of a veranda, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, two bedrooms with two twin beds (80x190 cm) each, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Two terraces are available. Ample parking is available behind the bakery.
Electric heating and electricity are subject to usage data. Sheets and bath mats are provided, and cleaning is included (beds are made upon arrival).
Nearby: all shops in Auxonne. For water sports, the Saône River is 1 km away with its river port. Forest walks and marked trails are available. Dole-Tavaux Airport is 12 km away and Dijon-Longvic is 30 km away. Saint-Jean-de-Losne, France's leading river port/Auxonne, with its banks of the Saône and Vauban's fortifications. Cîteaux Abbey and its cheese made by the monks. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, can be discovered by following the Owl Trail. The Grands Crus wine route winds between Fixin, Gevrey Chambertin, Nuits-Saint-Georges, and Beaune with its Hôtel Dieu and hospices. Also close to the Franche-Comté sites: Dole, the Pasteur Museum, the Hérisson waterfalls, Besançon and its citadel, Arc-et-Senans, and the Royal Saltworks, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
