On the first floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 guests and with direct access to the terrace through large windows.
- A modern kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker...
On the first floor:
- The landing has an office space.
- Bedroom 1 : double bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 2 : double bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 : a single bed
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a hair dryer and storage space.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- Two large terraces on the front and one side of the house. The second is sheltered and furnished with a dining table and a hammock to enjoy beautiful summer evenings contemplating the Seine!

- The neighborhood is located on the fruit road, immersed in the heart of the Seine Valley. You will be able to walk safely along the Seine.

- You are at the same time in the countryside while being close to several attractions such as the base of leisure activities of Jumièges renovated in 2012: Paintball, accrobranche, beach, swimming in the lake of Jumièges, climbing , windsurfing, canoeing, covered tennis court, Golf 18 holes.
- Near your rental you have also the famous Abbey of Jumièges, the manor of Agnès Sorel, but also the Golf of Jumièges with restaurant.
