A well-appointed bedroom on this floor features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private bathroom with bath, shower, and WC, a cable TV, and its own exit to the balcony. The open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, a cooking island, and a fondue set for cheese. A separate WC is also available on this floor.
