In a quiet area surrounded by forests and fields, the Basque house, on a large private plot and with breathtaking views, has everything to spend a peaceful holiday less than 15 minutes from Biarritz, Bayonne, or Bidart and the beaches of the Basque coast.
The house was renovated in 2022, all the fresh and modern decoration is new. It has large living spaces, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 7 toilets.
The house is surrounded by a garden with a large terrace on 2 levels with a swimming pool and not overlooked by neighbours.The view from the house of the mountains and nature is simply magnificent.
On the ground floor (160m2), there is a large entrance, opening onto the 67m2 living room divided into a dining room / TV lounge side and a lounge-fireplace side, all with several glass doors giving access to the terrace. . The large open kitchen with bar and dining table is perfectly equipped to cook good meals with family and friends. This floor is completed by a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (double bed 160x200) each with their own bathroom and toilet, also with direct access to the garden
On the first floor (130m2) there are 2 bedrooms with a private bathroom/toilet and dressing. 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds eachs and a separate bathrooms with toilet.
The basement is completely isolated and there is another bathroom and toilet, the laundry room with washing and drying machines and an additional fridge. The old garage has been rennovated, so you have a huge space available equiped with a baby foot and a table tennis for kids to play and to store your sports gear (golf, surf, bikes etc.)
