The villa is spread over 3 levels with access to various terraces. In the evenings, you can enjoy the sight of bobbing boats from your rooftop terrace. Delight in the heated pool with a adjustable bottom, the sun loungers by the poolside under the Mediterranean sun, and breathtaking sunsets. An added bonus of this villa is your own garage
The small medieval village of Èze (between Nice and Monaco) is located on top of a hill (429 m above sea level) and offers a truly spectacular view of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. On clear days, you can even see Corsica. Due to the unique location of this village high up on the mountain, Èze has earned the nickname 'Eagle's Nest.' The picturesque village features a characteristic church, countless narrow alleys, steep streets, and many staircases. Èze is truly a gem on the Côte d'Azur.
