Residence consits 3 floors and basement.
On the first floor there is a kitchen with all necessary equipment and spacious living room. From the living room you can get out on the terrace overlooking the pool. On the first floor there is also one single room and 2 bathrooms with shower cabins.
Second floor consists of 4 bedrooms - 3 with double beds and 1 one single room. Three of the four bedrooms have a balcony . On the second floor there is also a large bathroom and an anteroom with a large closet (or a pantry).
Single rooms don't have AC, there are fans instead AC.
Third floor consists of two rooms, both with double beds. One of the rooms has a balcony. Third floor also has a living room and there is billiards (pool) and football table: On this floor there is bathroom with a shower cabin. There is a kitchen too. Both rooms and living room have AC.
In the basment there is welness room - Sauna and whirpool (jaccuzii) and gym.
Notice - Sauna is free 3 times for a week for 3 hours. More time is extra charged.
