- An indoor private pool heated between 28 and 29 degrees of 10m ² with cover, alarm, sensor and roller shutter.
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 545 m², with garden furniture (small Canadian armchair, parasol, barbecue, two deckchairs, a hammock, and a relaxing sunbed).
- A terrace of 19m², facing south, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Fontaine-la-Gaillarde, in a very pleasant environment surrounded by fields, hills and forest. At 1km there is a small restaurant with a very good home-made food, a tobacco bar and a small market. All shops are nearby in St Clément or at the market of Sens every Monday and Friday from 8am to 1pm.
