The property of 1867 m2 is entirely fenced and has its own swimming pool (9 X 4,5m-depth 0.55 with 1,60m), heated on request and secured by an alarm in line with the latest norms. The jacuzzi for 5 people is right at side. Around, 8 lounge chairs, 3 parasols or best 40 m2 covered terrace giving view on the swimming pool, also the ' place to be for the lunch and to dine (+ 2 lounge chairs). In the lower restanque, the petanque playground is equipped with projectors for the plays in evening; The kids and juniors will appreciate the wooded sector at the back where several games await them. L' exposure south, south-west is superb, so is the flowered entrance.

There are 3 bedrooms with large cabinets (shelves/hangers), all with double beds (190x 180cm wide), two of them can be set as twins on request . Two rooms with ensuite showers ,washing basin and WC are on ground level, the master bedroom and main bathroom (2 washing basins/bathtub/shower,WC) are on the first floor. .This floor houses also the kids'corner (with aircon) set for 2 in bunked beds, next to but separated from the master bedroom .This floor has a balcony with view protected by an electric shade (which close itself when windy , likewise the terrace downstairs), with chairs and table.

The guestroom is next to the entrance hall downstairs , making 4 toilets in total for the house.
