Town house completely renovated and functional, in town center, close to all amenities.
We put at your disposal our newly renovated family home where we come to stay regularly. The functionality, the enclosed garden and the proximity of the beaches are the main assets.
The separate entrance overlooks a toilet and a storeroom with washing machine.
Then opens the large bright living room. The fitted kitchen (plates, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, microwave oven, oven and classic fridge / freezer) offers all the features you may need.
The dining room has 6 places.
The living room faces the garden. It is equipped with a television, a dvd player, internet. The stove can be lit during the winter evenings.
Children's board games are available.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed of 140 and a wardrobe.
The bathroom with double sink is equipped with a bath and a walk-in shower.
The toilets are also separated.
The second bedroom offers a futon (hard mattress) of 140.
The third and final bedroom has a child's bed 1 person.
Under the eaves, a large games room / office is available.
Outside, the walled garden of a hundred square meters, the terrace and the barbecue allow you to enjoy sunny days.
The recent renovation of the house makes it modern, clear, very functional
and quite suitable for family vacations.
We do not have private parking, but there are many free places nearby.
In the heart of the village, you can do everything on foot, including the large Friday morning market.
Some festive moments (like the Apple Festival on July 20 and 21) can generate noise, but it never ends very late.
A bakery facing the house also sometimes receives morning deliveries.
The nearest beaches are a few minutes drive away.
As we regularly go on vacation, some of our belongings stay in the storeroom, closets and playroom.
Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights minimum and optional for short stays: 120 € to be paid on site, to be chosen at the time of booking and at the latest before arrival.
