The accommodation is on three levels. On entering, you will find on your right a selection of flyers of places of interest in the region, to help you organize your stay. On the left is the living room furnished with a large sofa and an armchair, a large television screen (Netflix available), a coffee table and small chairs.
The room is also composed of a fitted kitchen with a dining table and 8 chairs. It is fully equipped with all kitchen necessities: hotplates (gas), oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, crockery and kitchen necessities for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag , 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwashing tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) which will not be provided.
A staircase takes you to the first floor, which is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds, and one of them has a small terrace where you can sit under the sun to drink your coffee. The bathroom has been fitted with a spacious shower and a heated towel rail, and a washing machine is at your disposal.
On the second floor is a large master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a convertible corner sofa, offering two additional places to sleep. Bright thanks to its three openings, it is equipped with a large cupboard / wardrobe. Swinging “saloon” doors open onto the second bathroom of the accommodation with its bath and toilet. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided.

## Access
Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure).
The entrance to the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box.

The accommodation is located 10 minutes from Amboise and the castle of Chenonceau, two of the most important tourist attractions in the region!
During your stay, many activities are offered to you: visit monuments (Chambord castle, Chaumont gardens, Clos Lucé manor...), the Aquarium of Touraine (10 min), the mini-Chateaux park, walk or bike along the Cher and the Loire rivers, fly over them in a hot air balloon or go down them in a canoe. The municipal swimming pool is open in July and August (and in June only on weekends). You can also take advantage of a large wooded area 300m from the house, which has been recently landscaped on the banks of the Cher river with picnic tables, electric barbecues, and a playground with a zip line.
In the direct vicinity of the house, you will find a few restaurants and two bars-tabs, four bakeries, a cheese maker, a butcher, a pharmacy... And a “Carrefour Market” supermarket just a few steps away !
The city of Tours is 35 minutes away by car, and the famous Beauval Zoo is 45 minutes away.

Bléré train station is 1.5 km away and provides a link with Tours. High-speed train station is a 20-minute ride away (St-Pierre-des-Corps). A85 exit at 5 min, and A10 at 26 km.
