The surroundings are very nice with the large parc beside and the water just around the corner. A lot of green areas with many cultural events around as well as large cinema, science museum, many restaurants. In the summer you can swim close by in the canal at a special area. In the winter you have a public swimming pool on the backside of the house. Many stores around and the subway is 3 min walk and straight in to for ex the Garnier Opera station. The famous places are about 30 min with transport. As they are on different locations in the city. I’ve rented out this apartment for over 2 years, to nearly 60 guests, and I have great recommendations as a super host. Please feel welcome to contact me.
