Very beautiful L-shaped balcony with garden furniture and parasol, deckchairs. Small electric barbecue.
The living room and a bedroom have a sea view.
Master bedroom: a 140x190 bed.
Room on the garden side: a 140x190 bed and a bed above 90x190.
In the living room a pull-out sofa bed: two beds of 90 by 190.
Very convenient private parking (1 car). Cellar, bike room.
10 min walk from Avenue De Gaulle.
