Refait à neuf et idéalement situé au coeur du village de Doussard, il est le logement parfait pour accueillir une famille avec enfants.
Sa proximité avec les transports urbains et infrastructures (supermarché, banque..)vous permettra de vous dispenser de votre voiture.
Nombreuses activités proposées :

- station de la Sambuy (luge d'été, kart..)
- plage de Doussard (paddle, kayak..)

Notre logement, refait à neuf pour votre confort, peut accueillir confortablement 5 personnes et dispose :
- Entrée avec un grand placard
- Cuisine toute équipée (installée en été 2021) disposant de plusieurs appareils électroménagers (machine à laver, grille pain, cafetière, bouilloire, appareil à raclette...)
- Salon disposant d’un canapé convertible (160cm x 200cm)
- Télévision écran plat
- WIFI
- Salle de bain équipée d'une baignoire pouvant faire office de douche
- Toilettes séparées
- Une chambre (Un lit 2 places (140cm x 190cm) et un lit 1 place (90cm x 190cm)). La literie est entièrement neuve. Présence d'un dressing.
- Cave pouvant accueillir vos skis, matériels de voyage (coffre de toit etc..)
- Le matériel de bébé est mis à votre disposition (lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire bébé, marche pied)
Le linge de lit, les serviettes, tapis de bain et torchons sont inclus dans les frais de ménage pour 3 personnes.
Si vous êtes plus de 3 voyageurs, le linge pour le canapé-lit (double ou simple selon la configuration) peut être :
• fourni en option au tarif de 35 €, ou
• apporté par vos soins, selon votre préférence.
Vous disposerez d’un balcon de 9m2 orienté plein SUD, vous permettant de profiter du soleil toute la journée.
Une place de stationnement vous est réservée.
