A NINE MONTH rental is preferred from approximately September 1 -June 15. Monthly stays are the minimum Sept.-June 15.
A Security Deposit of $1500 is held by the owner during the stay. It is returned within two weeks after the end of the tenancy.

Off of living room, the front patio has a natural gas Weber BBQ, chaise & table (seats 10). Smart TVs (2), BluRay DVD, Hi-Speed wireless broadband Internet and washer/dryer. The Master bedroom has a Cal King bed. The master bathroom is adjacent. Upstairs bedrooms: one with twin beds and second bedroom with double bunk bed and full bath. The double car garage comes with beach chairs and umbrellas in a wagon to walk beach supplies to the bay.
