Summary: Hotel is lovely ! Checking in staff where great the lobby bar where nice people but they need more training not their fault We dined in the restaurant the food was poor I didn’t eat my main the steak was not good staff where efficient but they didn’t seemed at all bothered that our table of four didn’t eat all the food This is the 2 nd time we’ve stayed here but will not be back because of the good
