Summary: I recently stayed at Résidence Océane for a week for business, and unfortunately, my experience was quite poor. The hotel failed to meet basic expectations in several critical areas. Firstly, there was no fresh bedding linen or towels provided for the entire duration of my stay, so one large towel and 2 small hand towels for a week. This lack of cleanliness and attention to guest comfort is unacceptable. Additionally, there were no cleaners to address these issues or maintain the room's hygiene at anytime through my stay. This was evident even on arrival when I checked the bedding to find small shells of dead insects and pubic hair nicely scattered across the bed! While the facilities themselves were good and well-maintained, the lack of curtains in the room meant that I was greeted by beaming sunshine at 6am every morning, which severely disrupted my sleep. To make matters worse, alarms from nearby buildings went off throughout the night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the poor service and lack of basic amenities overshadowed the positives of this hotel. I would not recommend Résidence Océane for a comfortable and restful stay.
