I offer in my apartment a private room, for one person, with direct access to an outdoor terrace. Ideal for a student, a person coming to work during the week in the capital or simply visiting Paris for tourism.
The apartment is very well located, at the gates of Paris. It is served by many transport lines (Metro, Bus, RER) which allow you to reach the center of Paris in half an hour.
It is fully equipped (Wifi, kitchen, bathroom, WC, etc.) in a new residence from 2019, meeting all accessibility and insulation standards.
As this is my main residence, I live there with my two adorable dogs, two old Golden Retrievers, particularly well trained and generating no noise pollution.
