My accommodation is close to BEAUNE (10mn) and its vineyards (wine routes at 500m). You will appreciate my accommodation for HIS PARADISIAC POOL WITH PALM TREES and deckchair as well as its large terrace of 80m2 not overlooked with barbecue + plancha.
Playground with trampoline and slide on lawn area. Driveway for bicycle or pétanque. Table tennis, dart ..
Large house of 150m2 bright, modern, well equipped (washing machine, dryer, Dyson vacuum cleaner, Nespresso, oven ..).
Magnificent swimming pool with 3 palm trees, new deckchairs, closed by a barrier all around, near a huge tiled terrace of 80m2 in Burgundy stone not overlooked on which is provided a barbecue and plancha Campinggaz, Cozy garden furniture with the possibility of being in the shade under a large electric awning 4 X 3
The new and modern interior, very bright with cathedral living room of 40m2 and mezzanine for children's games, reading ..
Open kitchen with bar, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 child bed (possible to add 1 inflatable electric mattress 2 places).
Additional room for baby on request (we have a 2 year old girl) with everything necessary (bath, high chair, changing table ..).
Bathroom with double sink and corner bath, 2 WCs. Wi-Fi available free of charge.
Firm parking and small grassy field for children with trampoline and small hut but also a soccer field on the other side of the housing estate with tennis court (reservation with the town hall) and cycle path reserved for the bicycle allowing to reach Ladoix, village neighbor with its many wine estates.
There is a place in the middle of the subdivision without traffic so that the children can meet, go cycling or rollerblading, overboarding ... but very quiet subdivision (only 7 houses).
The route des grands crus is 500m away and a new cycle path is located 100m from the House without having to take the main road, and provides access to the neighboring village of Ladoix by a 2km asphalt road.
there is a pétanque field either in the driveway adjoining the house or stabilized ground next to the tennis courts.
Many winegrowers can be found in the village and around fifty 5km around (Côte de Nuit, Ladoix, Savigny les Beaune) available for your tastings, I can give you some good addresses for wine lovers (night rating, Nuit Saint George, St Romain, Ladoix, Fixin ..) or also gastronomy.
For children Accrobranches at 35mn, Bouzaise park in Beaune with Animals (llama, pig, hens, rabbits, sheep, geese and ducks) and games around a lake in the shade of the trees, Alésia (reconstruction of Gallo Roman village), mustard production Fallot, Hospices de Beaune, Cassisium and imaginarium (fun visit on the production of crémant), Dijon at 30 minutes with ice rink, Olympic swimming pool but also beautiful architectural visits and its many restaurants (snails, beef bourguignon, parsley ham ... ).
All the shops (mini-market, bakery, tobacco) in the neighboring village of Ladoix 2.5 km away and large area 10 km away (Carrefour, Leclerc, Intermarché, Lidl, grand frais ...).

No because we will also be on vacation (but reachable by phone of course if you have any concerns) on the other hand we will try to make the entry and exit of the place by our cleaning lady to explain the few things to know, we will put you the documentation on the sites to be visited (Alésia, Cassisarium and imaginarium), the wine estates (possible to make an appointment with you) with some advice "good gastronomic tips", natural lake and beautiful ride managed by the tourist office.

There is only one week left in August from Sunday August 19 to Sunday August 26 for € 1,500.
Cleaning € 50 and Deposit € 1,000 upon delivery of the keys returned after our cleaning lady has passed.
Some weekends may be available from September to October (€ 300) as well as the week around November 1 (€ 900) and weekends Wine sales in Beaune (€ 200 per night).
