Positive: Generally, the apartment is pleasant, clean, calm and spacious. It is rather close to Strassbourg. The house (an old farm) is in the center of a small, traditional village. There is a bakery nearby, but it is closed on Sunday.

Negative: The maintenance is poor. When we arrived, all heating was switched off, so the temperature in the apartment was between 10 to 14 degrees. First night we spent in winter jackets. We switched on the heating on arrival but, still, it was inadequate - the radiators in both bedrooms are terribly small. In the kitchen, there is only floor heating and that's all. I don't think the apartment should be on offer during winter months. It must be very nice in Summer though as the area is beautiful. We tried to contact the host several times, but there was no answer. Someone responded only next day in the afternoon when it was far too late. Access to the apartment is complicated. It is definitely not suitable for disabled persons or small children.

Summary: Although the apartment is nice, its maintenance needs immediate improvement.
