Centrally located, this home is within a 45 minute drive to all Spring Training Baseball facilities (3 within 15 min) and near 8 public golf courses within Sun City. There are over 200 courses in the Phoenix area. Within a few hours you could be at the Grand Canyon, in beautiful red rock Sedona, or in Flagstaff where there is skiing in the winter months. There are also numerous mountain parks nearby for your hiking or mountain biking enjoyment.
Approximately 1160 square foot home with two bedrooms and two baths. Much of the home has been updated, including the kitchen, flooring and both baths. There is also a newly enclosed Arizona room which adds approximately 264 more square feet with access to the outside patio and BBQ. The AZ room is currently not air conditioned or heated. It has the favored north/south exposure, with the patio on the north side.
Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, ample closet space and adjacent bathrooms. The master bath has a new large shower while the guest bath has a tub and shower combo. Both bathrooms have updated vanities and countertops. There are also ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.
The living area includes a 40 inch HD TV with Dish service, an HD DVR which can record 2 shows simultaneously, wireless internet and dining for up to 8 people. The remodeled kitchen includes an electric flat top four burner stove top and oven, over the range microwave, side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door and dishwasher. A gas BBQ with 4 burners is available on the back patio.
