Positive: Great upscale neighborhood. Not touristy at all, so we really liked the experience. Checking in and out was very easy; instructions were great. The beds were very comfortable. The two bathrooms were spacious. Decor and lighting inside is sophisticated. Great cafe right across the street. Dining table sitting area by the window was cozy; we spent a lot of time there watching people and neighborhood shops and art galleries. Nice expensive draperies on the large windows facing the street. The host was responsive on text and offered to come fix any issues we had in the apartment.

Negative: We paid a hefty sum for the apartment. It was a mixed bag in some ways, so obliged to write this section in detail. One has to go past 4 security doors and codes to reach the apartment. That is a lot of safety in an otherwise safe and upscale neighborhood. The metal doors with the codes in the entry way, courtyard and building entrance shut rather loud; it was very noisy at night when neighbors entered or exited the building. The single toilet (separate from the rather large two bathrooms) is very small and is along the corridor as soon as you enter the apartment. So is the namesake and very small kitchen; its built on a wall along the short corridor. We could not get the hob/stove to work. The small refrigerator contained 4 bottles of wine and champagne, they had locks in the caps or were in locked cages, needed more codes to unlock using QR code scan; we found that funny and unwelcome. The windows in the bathroom has blinds that aren't good quality and may not provide enough privacy, especially at night when the bathroom lights are on. The sofa (which can also be a bed) was slanting and uncomfortable to sit on. The Jacuzzi is large and occupies a large space in the apartment; if you do not use it (we did not have the time to do so), that is a significant waste for the money you paid. The safe door was damaged on the inside and patched with tape and paper, and it got locked on its own and refused to open, so we did not use that either. I am hoping the hosts will take this feedback and improve the otherwise great apartment.
