Positive: The location of the house was amazing, right on top of the cliffs with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The sea view from our room was also lovely. We had a good shower and comfortable bed. The host was affable and friendly. There was a good provision of crockery, cutlery, towels, tea and coffee and other little extras such as a bbq to use and kitchen foil, oil, washing up liquid and kichen roll that you wouldn't expect to find in a B&B. Lovely croissants & coffee for breakfast.

Negative: We had to wait an hour at the property listed for the owner to arrive and let us in, despite a phone call to let him know we had arrived. Apparently the address of the property was not as listed on Booking.com? Odd! and he showed us to another house but the 2nd house looked as advertised on line. We knew there was more than one room to let at the property but we were not prepared to share the 1 toilet with 4 other adults and a toddler. There was a lack of garden furniture for all guests (2 garden chairs) and although the garden was nice, there was a fair amount of dog excrement on the grass. Facilities were not 'top notch' but this reflected the very reasonable price. We paid for the beautiful location.
