In the hollow of a small valley, where the Hyère flows, this farmhouse features large, light-filled living rooms (including a dining room and lounge with fireplaces), four bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, a large west-facing terrace (almost 100m²), a small shaded terrace to the south (25m²) and vast grounds of almost 1 hectare, planted with fruit and ornamental trees.
A sheep fence separates the property from the river.
From April to October, peaceful herds of dairy cows graze in the adjoining pastures.
The plots of land closest to the house are farmed organically and have a low level of organic inputs (no manure is spread during the seasonal rental periods).
Plots further away may be subject to occasional spreading.
