Our team of expert craftsmen have lovingly restored the traditional stone building into spacious and modern accommodation for up to 8 people. On the ground floor is a comfortable living room with television. (French and German channels). There is a large well -equipped kitchen dining room and a wet room with shower and a separate WC. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and a twin room. Outside there is enclosed off-street parking, a lawned. area and a BBQ terrace behind the building. The field behind often hosts local sheep or horses and belongs to the house.
The house is off a quiet road in a village location not far from the village church. The village of St. Nicolas-de-Pierrepont is part of the "parc naturel de cotentin" and has Manche's tallest hill Mont Colquin (also know as Mont Doville) within easy walking distance with a wealth of walking trails, birds and rare flora and fauna. The local town of La Haye du Puits is a 5 minute drive away with a good selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants, if you are a fan of French street markets there is one every day within easy driving distance.
