- A beautiful paved garden, fully enclosed, of about 30 m² with furniture (A wrought iron garden furniture composed of a sofa, two armchairs and a table are at your disposal as well as a wooden table with these 6 chairs) and a vine on arbour for a natural shade to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort : barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Clément, a typical village of the Gard, in a very pleasant and quiet environment at the end of a dead end street. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Saint-Clément is located between Sommières and Sauves, 2 medieval villages of the Gard. On foot from the house you have quick access to hiking and running trails, DFCI paths lead to an orientation point at the top of the Bois de Paris. At 3 km from the house a river bathing is possible for the whole family and other more discreet bathing points are accessible in the surroundings.
The village is also located near Nîmes (Roman city) and Montpellier in 30 minutes and La Grande Motte (40 mn), but also a few km from the Pic Saint-Loup.
