Absolute calm in the heart of a preserved rural setting, overlooking a bucolic plain of bocage, rivers & meadows, on the foothills of the wooded hills of the southern Burgundy massif (protected natural territory dotted with numerous hiking trails & splendid viewpoints) adjoining the picturesque little typical village of Etrigny & its rich heritage. Within a vast family property of 15 ha housing a "pony club" riding school dedicated to children from 2 to 12 years old & an unusual discovery farm only equipped with very docile "miniature" species ("mini" cows, pigs, sheep, goats, donkeys, rabbits ...). Many activities to discover nature, animals & horse riding on site. Superb panorama & landscapes. Spacious, comfortable cottage. Warm country character.
