The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy Le Havre while being quiet and less than a 10-minute walk from the beach.
Available to you for free: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine. A cot can be provided (on request only).
We accept your animal companions (dogs and cats) under the following conditions:

## Access
When staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation. Parking is paid around the accommodation from 9 am to 12 pm, then from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10 cents/15 min extra. 7-day package 23 euros.

## Neighborhood
The apartment is located in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Le Havre: Île Saint-François. You can enjoy the friendliness of its inhabitants, its fishing port, numerous restaurants, its Art and History museums, and many pre-war vestiges integrated into a reconstructed architecture that distinguishes it from the rest of the city.
Located in the historic center, you can easily walk to all the points of interest in the city.
## Notes
Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Check-in will be done in person between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to better organize your key handover.
Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.
We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen events.
A valid ID may be required when entering the premises. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
