Totally renovated, the studio is situated on the ground floor of an historic building (1850) formerly occupied by 'Canuts' and has a separate entrance. It opens directly onto the street and faces a garden of biodiversity (protected area, real peaceful haven with freshness in summer) with many plant species, shrubs, trees (hackberry, hibiscus pine...) and all kinds of birds. On the ground floor (accessed via 1 inside step) : living room with beautiful French ceiling, lounge area (sofa bed available to provide separate sleeping arrangement), dining area, kitchen area under the mezzanine (ceiling height 1.75 m). Small shower room (low ceiling) including Wc. On the mezzanine (ceiling height 1.83 m) : sleeping area with double bed, desk. Bed linen, towels and household linen supplied free.
