On the 1st floor of a secure building (no lift), this 15m2 studio comprises a living room with a kitchen area and a shower room with WC.
There is a lounge area with a coffee table that can be raised and folded down into a high table, and a sofa bed that converts into a bed. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen (small fridge, microwave/grill, two ceramic hobs, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, kitchen utensils) and a shower room (washbasin unit, towel rail, shower and WC). A large built-in cupboard with shelves is available for storing your clothes.
The accommodation is equipped with fibre optics and a smart television for easy access to all your applications (Canal+, Netflix, Deezer, YouTube, etc.).
For medium and long stays, the building has a washing machine and tumble dryer available free of charge. An ironing board and iron are also available on request.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is available with the accommodation. However, you will be able to park your vehicle in the streets surrounding the accommodation according to the rates in force in the town. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, which is available 7 days a week from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 9pm. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation, respecting the premises and the neighbours. A bank imprint will be requested via a secure link in order to finalise your reservation and obtain the access codes to the accommodation.

The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm). In the house, all our guests receive household linen, basic necessities for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as a large towel per person, together with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bag, bathroom bin bag, sponge and dishwasher liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
