We are renting out this old Burgundian farmhouse, located in a pretty village in Saône et Loire, between the Chalonnaise, Charolais and Mâconnais coasts. The house is full of charm, while being comfortable thanks to the renovations undertaken for several years. A large garden, outbuildings, games available, a swimming pool, terraces... make it an ideal house for green holidays, with family or friends, in a magnificent region.
The house is built on a cellar, with an area of 290 m², it includes 12 beds (maximum 8 adults and 4 children), 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room / semi-open kitchen, a beautiful terrace (partly covered), a barn with a ping table -pong & outdoor games, a large garden of 3000 m² and a swimming pool. The garden gives an unobstructed view of the valley and the surrounding fields.
Located 20 minutes from Chalon sur Saône and Tournus, 30 minutes from Cluny, you can enjoy many tourist sites in the area: village and Château de Brancion, greenway, Cluny, Beaune, Notre-Dame de Lancharre, village of Chapaize, Castle of Cormatin, Bresse. And of course the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise in the North (Mercurey, Givry, Rully, Montagny… up to the Côtes de Beaunes), & Mâconnais in the South (Viré Clessé, Pouilly, Saint Véran… up to Beaujolais).
The house includes:
Level 1 (ground floor): entrance, small living room (many board games & reading area), living room with fireplace, TV room (with DVD), wc, dining room open to the kitchen and terrace (part of which is covered) .
Level 2: double bedroom 1 (160cm bed), double bedroom 2 (160cm bed), bedroom with two single beds (90cm beds), baby's bedroom, library area, wc, bathroom (shower + bath), linen room.
Level 3: children's bedroom (4 bunk beds 90cm), double bedroom 3 (bed 140cm), single bedroom (bed 120cm), shower room with wc.
The barn includes a table tennis table, outdoor games. Garden with outdoor furniture. Old sheepfold with barbecue, gas griddle, fryer and a corner upstairs to enjoy the end of sunny days. The private swimming pool of 10 x 4 m is semi-buried, treated with salt, with a large wooden beach of 40m2. It is equipped with a manual bar cover for safety.
