This beautiful bright studio of 35m2, located in one of the highest buildings of Rouen, can accommodate up to 4 people, and will offer you a superb panorama on the west of the city, the Seine river, and on the most beautiful and tall ships of the Armada which takes place every 4 to 6 years (the next one is planned on June 2018) . You will have all the necessary comfort: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and large mirror, washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, hair dryer, living room with a double bed and a large sofa-bed, plenty of storage, a safe, a cot, a TV set , free Wifi , TV channels and free NETFLIX. Ideally located, you will be closer to the tourist sites (about 5min from the Old Market Square, the Church of St. Joan of Arc and the Gros-Horloge), restaurants in the city center and all amenities / shops, and you can witness beautiful sunsets from the property. At the end of your stay, you will not want to leave!

Hirondelle de Rouen is located in hyper-center, a few meters from the Place du Vieux Marché, a few steps from the main sites of the historic city and the main means of transport (metro, bus, tram, Fast Line). This will allow you to easily move and reach the interesting places of Rouen (The Zenith, The Palatine Technopole Business Center, the Docks, the faculties, ...). The place is close to the University Hospital, the Town Hall, the Conservatoire, the Gros Horloge, La Croix de Pierre, Saint Mark Square and the Rouen Cathedral. Do not miss the nearby Old Market, which has witnessed the execution of Joan of Arc. Throughout the city, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and cafes.
