The Space:
This bastide boasts a living area of approximately 320m². On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with an impressive fireplace, a beautiful, fully-equipped top-class kitchen, a dining room, and a TV lounge.
Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning:

The villa is peacefully situated on a 2.5-hectare estate, and the bastide features a stunning courtyard with a heated pool (10.5m x 4m), secured by an electric shutter. Adjacent to the pool, there is a spacious covered terrace with a summer lounge, dining area, and gas barbecue, providing an ideal space for relaxation.
