Security Deposit: On some platforms, a security deposit may be requested to cover any potential damage. This amount is fully refunded within 7 days of your departure, after verification of the accommodation.
This information will need to be provided in a dedicated form that we will send you upon confirmation of your booking. Once this form is completed, you will receive access to a practical application to organize your stay.

Departure Procedure (Check-Out)
Before leaving the accommodation, we ask you to:
Remove the sheets from the bed and group all the dirty laundry.
Wash the dishes.
Take out the trash: Place the bags on the street after 6:00 PM.
The keys must be returned to the same place as upon your arrival.
Departure: Departures must be made before 11:00 AM at the latest. We no longer accept late departures due to repeated abuse.
