Positive: Location close to rail station.. Reasonably quiet neighbourhood. Apartment at back of property helped. Comfy bed and sofa. Good shower. Plenty of hot water.

Negative: Heating. No heating provided even though it was shown as provided in booking confirmation. On 4 nights it was less than 17C in the bedroom! I do not expect to have to wear a body warmer in the evenings! This problem spoiled my stay. Car parking. Booking confirmation says free parking on site. However there was no on site parking. There was free parking outside on the public road but that is not on site! It is also not as secure. Never found out how to work TV. Kitchen. No toaster. No small saucepans. Only one small tea towel. Took 2 days to work out the hotplate. Like the TV this could have been explained at the key handover which did not happen.

Summary: Disappointing, but could have been so much better.
