Between St Pons and Olargues, in a tourist region rich in sports and cultural activities, the house is in a relaxing setting, a typical hamlet, easily accessible, and connected to a most magnificent region.
Carcassonne or the sea can easily be reached by car: enough to combine tourism and relaxation. Otherwise, do nothing, with your toes fan-shaped by the pool, listening to the cicadas, or the squeaks of those who accompany you.
The stone house offers a large living room with fireplace which opens onto a terrace and an interior courtyard out of sight. It consists of 4 bedrooms, including 1 with its private bathroom. The other 3 are upstairs, as well as a bathroom and 1 wc. 2 are equipped with a bed for 2 people, the last of 2 twin beds, convertible into a 140 bed.
A special feature to emphasize: no garden to run behind a ball. The setting is intimate. However, children can frolic in the square under the supervision of their parents.
The house is an old 16th century stone building, renovated in the spirit of the place. Exposed stones and vaults reveal the history of architecture. The 2 terraces allow to have breakfast, lunch, aperitif, dinner according to the inclination of the sun. Privacy on one side in the early morning, when everyone gets up according to their own schedule, terrace to the west conducive to the end of the day and to collective reunions.
The interior offers the possibility of easy isolation, for reading, sleeping, taking the cool.
2 of the bedrooms are spacious, a 3 ° comfortable and the 4 ° smaller but still pleasant. The latter is suitable for children, rather than a couple. A large intermediate room distributes the floor, to occupy according to your desires.
The stay is vast and allows you to hide in case of bad weather in summer. An extending table offers the possibility of a pleasant meeting in large numbers, without encroaching on the living room. TV and games can rub shoulders with ease. Comfort!
The swimming pool is strictly private. 7.5 x 3.5m. Secure, it opens onto a clear panorama, facing south, out of sight. If its dimensions are far from an Olympic basin, the pleasure of diving there to cool off or play remains more than appreciable.
Private parking for one car is part of the rental, a second vehicle can park on the hamlet plot.
The environment: The house is located in an easily accessible hamlet for all amenities, commercial, cultural and sporting. A vehicle is however essential to have access to all this. (8 km to benefit directly from the possibilities). If the house offers an announced peace of mind, it also relates to the occupation of the premises by seasonal occupants.
