Positive: The room was gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and furnished with great taste. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the staff is very kind and attentive. I also ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very cozy. Great place to explore the Zermatt area.
