Summary: I booked the hotel upon the good reviews ive seen. I booked the junior double room for a stay of three nights in milan celebrating my birthday. Although i lm entitled for some perks as gold member on hotels.com, unfortunately no one highlighted any thing. I inquired if there is a possibility for upgrade and was told that the room ive booked is their highest category. Room was modern style, specious and clean. But i was shocked that ac is disabled and we have to open the window for cooling! I have clearly mentioned that i booked the hotel for the air conditioning and still the staff was insisting that i have to open the windows as if this is acceptable! And it is a city low. The down side that they didn’t offer any alternative to ensure my comfort as a guest. Too much noise from the other rooms and outdoors very poor sound proofing! Bed toward the firm side not comfortable for me. Honestly not for a relaxing stay nor comfortable at all
