Summary: I would not have recognised this Novotel from the photos. It was in terrible condition and part of it looked like it may be undergoing renovation. If so, long overdue I would say as decor was from 70's. Dreadful stains on the carpets in common areas and room; cracked tiles on bathroom floor; 'sweaty' bed and upon investigation it was that the sheet was simply ontop of two paper, plastic covered mattress protectors; limescale caked shower head; stained sink; hole in door; view from my room was particularly uninspiring. Staff, however, were great, breakfast good. But it really was not worth the price paid.
