Summary: We had a nice stay in Bern. The hotel is very well located, with quick walk to the main tourist attractions in the old town, and easy access to the tram. We had a rental car since it was said that parking was ''available''. turns out there is one expensive place for the whole hotel, otherwise we have to park in a public Parkin nearby for a high fee, or try to find a blue zone street parking and buy a parking card in the hotel. It did work out but was not ideal. Breakfast was ok but cold items only. Room was small but confortable and clean.
